About the Competition

The ISRO Robotics Challenge – U R Rao Satellite Centre (IROC-U) is a prestigious national-level robotics competition organized by the Indian Space Research Organisation. It aims to inspire university students to design and develop intelligent robotic systems capable of extraterrestrial exploration.

The challenge focuses on autonomous navigation, sensing, and decision-making in realistic, GPS-denied environments. IROC-U bridges the gap between academic learning and practical space-technology applications.
